On the way to a burnout, there are always different warning signals. It is worthwhile to consciously pay attention to stressful changes. Problems falling asleep, waking up too early or even sleeplessness are clear symptoms. Chronic tiredness, motivation problems or forgetfulness can indicate an impending burnout. In some cases, it can lead to panic attacks, balance disorders or a sudden hearing loss. Also, heart problems without an organic cause can be side effects of excessive stress.

Health is central to the quality of life. There are several methods that work on a physical, emotional and mental level.
In my practice, it's about releasing blockages and activating the body's self-healing powers. I work with the methods Kinesiology, Client-Centered Conversational Therapy, Touch for Health and Strengthening the Meridians.

The combination of kinesiology, mental training and Brain Gym enables an optimal support of athletes in performance blockades, crisis situations and for the improvement of convalescence.

As a triathlete and multiple Ironman finisher I can optimally combine my sports experience with my therapeutic work.

Test Anxiety & Learning Stress

Brain Gym is ideally suited to support children and adults who have learning disabilities, test anxiety or want to better exploit their potential.

Different techniques and balances are used to release blockages, sharpen the senses and promote concentration. Often, stress related symptoms such as sleep problems, headaches or digestive problems improve.
